You’re welcome to use the site to look for a home, learn about our build service and get in touch. You must not:

• Use the site for anything unlawful or misleading.
• Copy, scrape or republish our listings, photographs, drawings or floor plans without our permission.
• Try to gain unauthorised access to the site, or interfere with how it works.

We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the site without notice.

3. Property information

We work hard to keep our listings accurate, but property details, photographs, floor plans, measurements and maps are a guide only. They don’t form part of any offer or contract.

Prices and rents can change, and a home may be sold or let before the website is updated. Please check the details with us, and with your solicitor or surveyor, before you make any decision. Floor plans are not to scale, and services, fixtures and appliances have not been tested.

4. Bookings and enquiries

Bookings made online are confirmed by email. You can reschedule or cancel with the link in your confirmation email, or by calling the office.

Viewings are accompanied by a member of our team. We may need to move a viewing if a home goes under offer or the owner’s availability changes. Any design or build work is agreed separately, in writing, under its own contract.

5. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, photography, drawings, floor plans and the Brookfield name and logo, belongs to Brookfield Estates Ltd or is used with permission.

6. Our liability

This website is for general information. We aren’t liable for any loss caused by relying on it, except where the law doesn’t allow us to limit our liability, such as for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

We aren’t responsible for the content of websites we link to, such as Google Maps or property portals.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
